Bookings made through this website, and our and your rights and obligations in relaton to such bookings, are governed by these terms and conditions.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
At Perfectly Balanced Home, we are committed to providing dependable, personalized organizing services. To help us serve all clients effectively, we ask that you review and agree to the following cancellation and payment policies.
Deposit & Prepayment Policy
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $40 (equivalent to 2 hours) is required to secure all new appointments. This amount will be applied toward your session balance.
• Prepayment Option: Clients may choose to prepay for multiple sessions at a discounted or regular rate. Prepaid sessions are non-refundable, but they may be rescheduled with appropriate notice (see below).
• Payment Balance: Any remaining balance after the deposit will be due at the end of the session, unless prepaid in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If the session was prepaid in full, 50% of the session fee will be retained, and the remainder may be applied to a future appointment.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit or the entire prepaid session fee, depending on how the session was booked.
Emergencies & Illness
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the late fee at our discretion in cases of legitimate emergencies.
Weather-Related Cancellations
For your safety and ours, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions. We will communicate directly with you to confirm.
